18 years of service for the Foundation Board
Tod is a native of Dawson County, growing up in neighboring Cozad, Nebraska. He received his BS at Kearney State College in 1986 and his law degree at UNL College of Law in 1989. Tod began his career as an attorney in Lexington in 1989, where he has lived and practiced law since. Tod and his wife, Michele, a counselor at Lexington High School, have five children. Tod has served the community in many ways, serving on the board of directors of the Lexington United Way, Lexington Optimist Club, Lexington Athletic Booster Club, Orthman Community YMCA, and the Lexington Community Foundation. Tod considers it an honor to serve on the Foundation board with its long list of unbelievable community projects, most of which would not have happened without the assistance of the Foundation.
