Steve Heldt
8 years of service for the Foundation Board
After receiving his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1979, Steven joined the Lexington community and practiced law here until his recent retirement, having centered his practice in real estate, business entities and estate planning. Steven enjoys travelling to far off countries and learning their history and culture, and as an avid golfer, occasionally he is able to combine the two. Steven views serving on the Lexington Community Foundation Board of Directors as a hands-on way to give back to the community which welcomed him and supported his professional life. Of special interest to him is the planning and completion of Lexington Community Foundation projects.
