Alumni Scholarship - The Lexington Community Foundation has established an alumni scholarship fund to provide for three annual scholarships in the amount of $750 each.  Each scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior at Lexington High School.  At least one of the scholarships will be awarded to a student whose parent(s) or grandparent(s) has (have) graduated from Lexington High School or St. Ann’s High School.  The scholarships will be given to a high school senior who has plans to attend any university, state college, community college or technical school within the State of Nebraska.

Edsel Newman Scholarship - This scholarship fund has been established by the employees of HOFFMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY and his family for the purpose of awarding a scholarship each year to a graduating Lexington High School senior enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited curriculum leading to a B.S. degree in engineering and/or computer science. The scholarship is in the amount of $2,000.

Francelene Skinner Scholarship - A scholarship fund has been established from a bequest to the Lexington Community Foundation from the Francelene Skinner Estate. Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each will be awarded from this fund to a Lexington High School graduating senior who is enrolled or has completed one of career classes offered at LHS, including but not limited to Business Internship, Mechanics, Certified Nurses Assistant, and Construction classes, and will be attending a trade school, technical school or community college within the State of Nebraska.

HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS and LOAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM - The Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lexington has established a scholarship fund with the Lexington Community Foundation that will provide fiver annual scholarships in the amount of $500 each.

Lexington High School Class of 1977 Scholarship - The LHS Class of 1977 has established a $500 scholarship fund for a graduating senior with at least one parent who is an alumni of LHS or St. Ann's High School.

Lexington Community Foundation Annual Scholarship - The Lexington Community Foundation will award three annual scholarships valued at $2,000 each. Scholarships are payable $500.00 each year for up to four years. Each scholarship will b e awarded to a Lexington High School senior who enrolls in a four-year program at any university or college within the State of Nebraska.

Lexington Community Foundation / Central Community College Foundation Scholarship - The Lexington Community Foundation and Central Community College Foundation have jointly established an annual scholarship of $600.00. This scholarship will be awarded to a Lexington High School student who plans full-time enrollment at CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

Lexington Community Foundation Liz Richardson Scholarship - The Lexington Community Foundation has established a scholarship fund to honor a long time resident and community volunteer, Liz Richardson. A quote from Tuesdays with Morrie describes the way Liz lives her life: "The way you can get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to your community around you and devote yourself to create something that gives you purpose and meaning."

LEXINGTON TEACHER APPRECIATION SCHOLARSHIP -
The Lexington Community Foundation has established a scholarship for teachers from the Lexington Teacher Appreciation Fund. Scholarships of at least $250 each will be awarded to Lexington Public School (LPS) professionals planning to attend an accredited college for continuing education. At least one scholarship could be awarded to a paraprofessional for continuing education toward a teaching degree.

NORALL SCHOLARSHIP TRUST APPLICATION - Mr. Lee Norall found fulfillment in encouraging young people. He understood the importance of education, and of continuing education. Lee Norall died in 1981, at which time he established a trust to provide for his niece Sarah Norall who was handicapped. His will further provided for establishment of the Norall Scholarship Trust after Sarah's death in 1996. This bequest reflects his lifelong interest in, and encouragement of the best in young people. The Lee Norall Scholarship Trust is a charitable trust. The trustee is the First Nebraska Trust Company of Lincoln, Nebraska. As trustee, they have selected the Lexington Community Foundation to handle the applications and selection of the annual recipients.

ROBERT WADE SCHOLARSHIP
The ROBERT WADE SCHOLARSHIP fund has been established by
Mr. Robert R. Wade for the purpose of awarding a $1,000 scholarship each year to a graduating Lexington High School senior who enrolls in a public university, college, community college or trade school within the State of Nebraska. The scholarship award is renewable for up to four years, making the scholarship worth up to $4,000.

MARK and VERA TURNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Lexington Community Foundation will award two $1,000 scholarships each year from the MARK and VERA TURNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Fund. Any Lexington High School graduating senior who enrolls in a university, college, community college or trade school within the State of Nebraska is eligible to apply.
